Back in 2017, I realized something huge: beauty professionals were out there searching for real opportunities, real guidance, and real connection\u2026 and they weren\u2019t finding it. The industry felt scattered \u2014 loud in all the wrong places and silent where it mattered most.<\/span><\/p>

So I decided to change that.<\/span><\/p>

Armed with decades of experience behind the chair as an employee, booth renter, manager, and as a former salon owner, I decided to start personally matching stylists and owners in Kansas City with the right spaces, teams, and opportunities. It was simple, scrappy, and completely fueled by heart \u2014 and it <\/span>worked<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>

Word spread fast.<\/span>

<\/span>What began as a local matchmaking effort turned into a ripple\u2026 then a wave\u2026 and eventually a full-on movement. As I helped more owners and pros, a <\/span>deeper truth emerged:<\/b>

<\/span>Beauty professionals didn\u2019t just need hiring help \u2014<\/span> they needed guidance through the biggest leaps of their careers.<\/b> Transitioning in and out of business ownership.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>No one explaining what it actually takes to start, build \u2014 and pass on \u2014 a beauty business.<\/span><\/p>

So I built the bridge our industry was missing.<\/span>
