You agree to contact SalonSpa Connection first and attempt to work out any<br \/>such dispute amicably.<br \/>For residents of the United States, you agree to the following mandatory arbitration provisions:<br \/>Mandatory Arbitration: If we\u2019re unable to work out a solution amicably, both you and SalonSpa<br \/>Connection agree to resolve any disputes arising out of your case of the Services or these<br \/>through binding arbitration or small claims court.<br \/>CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, ALL<br \/>CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES\u2019 INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A<br \/>PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR<br \/>NON-PAGA REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING (COLLECTIVELY \u201cCLASS ACTION WAIVER\u201d).<br \/>THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON\u2019S CLAIMS OR<br \/>ENGAGE IN ANY CLASS ARBITRATION.
