Yes.  In most cases, I ask for a 50% deposit prior to beginning the work, and the final payment is requested before I send you the first draft.

For some larger jobs, I also offer very reasonable payment plans to help you balance your budget. Just talk to me about your particular needs.

Generally, all the information I require can be accessed simply and easily via email or over the phone/Skype.

This keeps the job more time-efficient and my prices down.

Once the final payment is made and the job is signed off by you, you have full rights to the copy.  This means you can use it whenever and wherever you want.

You can also alter it to suit your business needs as you require.

The length of time to complete your copy depends on a few things.

1. How much copy is required.  Naturally large or complex jobs take a little longer to complete.
2. How much work I already have booked in.  If I’m super busy, I will always tell you so you can decide if you want to wait for me.
3. How soon you send me your information and reply to my emails.  I promise to reply to your emails within 24 hours or less, so if you can do the same, we should whizz through the work, and you’ll have your copy promptly.
